Come for the sunshine, stay for the bagels.

Pete’s opened in 2019 as a neighborhood general store and local bakery in historic Uptown, St. Petersburg, FL. Since then, we’ve expanded to five locations across the Tampa Bay area. Our flagship is in St. Pete’s Grand Central District, with our second café across the bay in historic Ybor, our sister location, Seymour’s, in downtown St. Pete, a drive-thru location on the Southside of St. Pete, and, most recently, a location that opened in February 2026 in the historic Sponge Docks of Tarpon Springs.

All of our bagels are boiled and baked in the early morning hours at our Gulfport production kitchen and delivered fresh and hot every morning.

Pete’s is a family-and-friends-run business, and we (and our moms) think we make the best bagels on both sides of the bay.
